Under no circumstances can you hold simplytogether.co liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, coaching calls, materials or techniques used or provided by simplytogether.co.
All information provided on both simplytogether.co and in coaching calls is intended to assist you and is not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Results are not guaranteed and simplytogether.co takes no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.
Coaching call fees are non-refundable, but a coaching call can be canceled and rescheduled with 24-hour notice. Missed coaching calls and fees are forfeited unless the stipulated 24-hour advanced notice is given.
Coaching call packages are only refundable with a 24-hour notice before the first coaching call.
All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to contact@simplytogether.co. Cancellation notice will be deemed on the date in which the cancellation is received by SimplyTogether LLC. No refunds, credits or transfers available for no-shows.
Programs
All online programs offered by our simplytogether.co are eligible for a full refund if a request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, customers must contact us with their order details. Refunds will be processed promptly and returned via the original payment method. Please note that refunds are not available after the 14-day period has expired.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
User Account
If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
